During this workshop you’ll explore the movement of your spine, which is designed to be both incredibly strong yet highly flexible. However, due to postural habits, many of us are only able to articulate certain parts of our spine, while other areas move as a single unit, often leading to discomfort or back pain
By tuning into how you move, you’ll discover how to lengthen and spread mobility throughout your whole spine. This can help to release tension in your neck and shoulders, ease lower back pain and bring a sense of freedom and agility to your everyday activities.
